DNC gets into Busby/Bilbray election; calls for Manual Recount

DNC calls for manual recount in California's 50th Congressional District. It's about time! Better late than never, I'd say. They should have been there to recount the 2002 and 2004 elections where there were problems (like in Georgia and Ohio, for instance), but then again, Howard Dean wasn't in charge of the DNC back then. So there may be some changes. I guess I should keep my chin up.
